Led a tiger team project using a reverse index to improve degrading search performance for shift management — for some large customers, page load times went from minutes to ~500ms. Led the rebuild of navigation and branding for Toast's payroll product. Built shared FE infrastructure around localization, wizard workflows, type-safe reactive localStorage access, and seamless client-side navigation interop with legacy SSR pages.

Architected the data fetching, caching layer, and reusable form components for the TotalComp app. Designed the system for unified connection configurations for HRIS data integrations.

Worked on the client portal for loan processing. Architected the system that allowed support and admin users to safely and accurately see the user's view when assisting with support. Built internal and developer tools.
